- According to estimates made by the Congressional Budget Office, 2.3 million Floridians stand to lose their health insurance and 574,000 Floridians will lose access to SNAP benefits by 2034. These cuts are detrimental to the health and wellbeing of everyday Floridians.
- These cruel cuts will be felt by the millions of Floridians who are already struggling to make ends meet during the ongoing affordability crisis. It will become even harder to afford rent, pay for groceries, find medical care or visit a doctor. Floridians deserve better.
- Shamefully, not one Florida Republican decided to grow a spine and put their constituents before Trump. Voters will remember their betrayal and be looking to flip Republicans’ seats come midterm elections in 2026.
