Local defense attorney Tracey Kagan (D) filed to run for Florida House of Representatives, District 29 today against incumbent Scott Plakon (R). You may remember Kagan from the 2018 election when she came within 1% of winning the seat. This time Kagan vows to take down Plakon, who is known across the state for busting teacher's unions and his A+ rating from the NRA.
