This month we are collecting items for Hope Helps in Oviedo!
HOPE’s mission is to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida by equipping individuals and families to become self-sufficient through Housing, Outreach, Prevention, and Education.
Bring items to the GEneral Meeting on Sept 8 at Eastmonte Civic Center or drop items off during this event or all month long at the SemDems Office. Office Hours and location can be found at SemDems.com/hours.
Food Pantry Requested Items: - Cereal - Canned Fruits - Canned Veggies (corn, carrots, spinach) - Dry/Canned Pasta - Mac n’ Cheese - Pork and Beans - Mashed Potatoes - Canned/Dry Beans (black, pinto, white, etc.) - Chunky Soups (chicken noodle, potato, broccoli n’ cheddar, etc.) - Canned Proteins ( chicken, tuna, spam, etc.) - 1–3-pound bags of rice (white or brown) - Oatmeal/breakfast dry foods - Spaghetti Sauce
