LADIES – THIS IS FOR YOU!
For the past 10 years the Democratic Women’s Club of Seminole County (DWCSC) has worked alongside the SemDems to promote women’s issues. The Women’s Club focuses on issues primarily related to women. This year’s focus is very simple: getting Democrats elected and ensuring abortion rights through the passage of a constitutional amendment.
WHY SHOULD I CARE:
With women’s rights under attack, women are a vulnerable group right now. The Women’s Club is targeting being as impactful as possible at a critical time in the history of women’s rights. As stated by Women’s Club President, Sharon Lynn: “We have learned that the rights we fought for and won are NOT irrevocable.” It takes women standing strong together to get the job done.

Membership requires being a registered Democratic voter and a fee of $25 to support activities at the local, state and national level. The DWCSC is chartered through the Democratic Women’s Club of Florida (DWCF). The state club is chartered through the National Federation of Democratic Women (NFDW).
