KNOW YOUR PLACE: Confronting the Past to Pave a Way for the Future
You are cordially invited to the first live, in-person screening of “Know Your Place” in Seminole County, hosted by the Seminole County Democratic Party and the NAACP of Seminole County.
"Know Your Place” is a must-see, thought-provoking film about black history in Central Florida, featuring well-known, respected leaders in politics, business, media, law, education, and more.
Through compelling storytelling, local leaders share deeply personal experiences with racism, segregation, and bias, and how they rose above it.
After the one-hour film, attendees will be invited to share their thoughts and personal experiences.
