➡️ If you have received a notice from the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office that your mail ballot was not accepted, you will be instructed to complete a Vote-by-Mail Cure Affidavit and return it to the Supervisor's office with an accepted form of identification.

All Vote-by-mail cure affidavits and proof of identification must be returned to the Supervisor's office no later than 5 p.m. on the second day after the election. The affidavit Form and the proof of identification may be emailed to cure@voteseminole.gov.

Reasons a vote-by-mail ballot may not be accepted include no signature on the ballot envelope or the signature not matching the voter's signature on file.  Please take the above steps to correct it as soon as possible!
