Early Voting: October 19 – November 1, 2026
Early Voting takes place at all public libraries, the Oviedo Aquatic Center, and the Supervisor of Elections Office from 7 am to 7 pm. You can vote at the location of your choice. 

Voting by Mail: October 22, 2026 is the last day to request a mail ballot to be mailed to you.
Request a mail ballot online or call 407-585-8683. Drop boxes are at early voting locations. If returning a ballot by mail, remember to apply two first-class stamps.

Amendment No. 1: Budget Stabilization Fund would put excessive money into budget reserves instead of helping Floridians. VOTE NO
Amendment No. 2: Tax Exemption for Personal Property on Agricultural Land would reduce funding for local communities, especially those with large rural areas. VOTE NO
Amendment No. 3: Increased Homestead Exemption would recklessly cut funding for our cities and counties. It would result in new taxes and fees to make up the difference. It's not a tax break; it's a tax shift. VOTE NO
