Register to Vote/Vote by Mail


It’s easy to register to vote:

You can also use www.VoteSeminole.org to change your political party affiliation, update address information, request an absentee ballot, or to volunteer as a poll worker.  Remember, you must be registered to vote no later than 29 days prior to an election (primary or general).

You can even choose to receive a VOTE BY MAIL (also called Absentee) ballot for the next two election years AND track your ballot, right from the comfort of your home.

* Vote in the comfort and privacy of your home

* A photocopy of your ballot may be made for your records

Your responsibilities as a VOTE BY MAIL voter:

* VOTE BY MAIL Ballots must be received by the Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Office by 7pm on Election or Primary Day

* Do not bring the ballots to your precinct polling place, they can only be accepted at the Supervisor of Elections office

* You must affix proper first-class postage — the proper postage amount required will be clearly indicated in your absentee ballot package

* You must sign and date the ballot as required or it will be invalid

If you vote early or on Election Day, please remember to bring:

* Florida driver license, Florida identification card, US passport, military ID, college/student card, retirement center ID, debit or credit card, neighborhood association ID, or public assistance ID

* Completed Sample Ballot

* Your Voter’s ID card is NOT required for voting at the poll
